However, if the manufacturing processes are complicated or the quotation conditions are changed, the quote time will vary depending on the situation.

Generally it takes about 20-40 working days. If customers have special needs, we can also fully cooperate to reduce lead time.
The lead time for the different product development stages is as follows:

• Building Mold：
  It usually takes 20 to 30 working days. The actual mold building time may vary depending on the size of the product and the structure of the mold.
• Trail Samples (T1 parts) ready for the customer approval：
  After the mold building is completed, it needs testing and adjustment. Then, trial samples will be provided to the customer for approval, which typically takes 5 working days.
• Product Production：
  After customer approves the part and places orders, the product can be shipped within 15-20 working days.

If any issues happens during the trial or production and requires mold correction, the final production time will change according to the actual situation.

To save your time in RFQ, we would like you to provide the following information:

• Product Files: 3D file (.stp) and 2D drawing. Samples would be fine.
• Materials and Specifications: Please advise the color/material of the product. If it is not decided yet, we can recommend materials per your product requirements.
• Surface Treatment and Post-processing Requirements: Secondary processes, such as glossy surface, texture, painting, printing, etc.
• Other Product Information: Product application, finished/semi-finished assembly needs, special dimension tolerances, etc.
• Quote Quantity: Order quantity or annual quantity.
• Place of Delivery: Detailed delivery address or port.
• Shipping Methods：If the product needs to be exported, please indicate the shipping method, we will quote the shipping fee separately. Generally our quotation is Ex-Works (EXW) price.
• Packaging Methods: General bulk or special packaging needs.

You can choose to make a soft mold, which uses mild steel material.
Mold cost is closely related to steel material. The lower the hardness of steel, the lower the cost of the mold. The lifetime cycle of soft mold is short, and the volume can be produced is also small.
